I have seen this facility for a while after 6 years of infertility. In the beginning they listen to your concerns and act genuinely charismatic for a while, but this quickly changed. I brought up my concerns with Dr. Doherty about a cyst they found. She stated that I was only 23 (I was actually 26) and she would be more aggressive if I was in my 30’s and the hemorrhagic cyst didn’t mean I ovulated. I didn’t ask to be more aggressive. I was 41/42 yrs old seeing Dr. Candice Carter for evaluation, bloodwork, monitoring for fertility treatment. Ever since the beginning we were treated with compassion and respect with an extremely high level of knowledge in the field. I had my initial consultation with Candice Carter, APRN, and I will say she is absolutely fantastic. She listened to all of our concerns and took a detailed medical history and timeline. I went into this appointment feeling hopeless and lost, I left with a plan and the spark of hope back. Candice made sure the sensitive topics discussed were handled with the delicacy needed and she is so empathic and realistic, exactly what we needed going into this new leg of our journey! I cannot recommend seeing her enough!
