I do NOT recommend Dr. Roselyn Dinsay to anyone. She speaks to you kindly, but she is not professional. She read someone else's results to me- she stated things about my medical background that were not true. She and her staff are very insensitive and seem to only be interested in $. They fail to inform you of what's going on and the rationale for tests/procedures. She purposely billed a co. that is not affiliated with my insurance co, so that it comes out of my pocket.
