My husband and I have been TTC since 2014, we are active duty military so we move a lot and have been on this emotional roller coaster for years. My husband and I had both loved Dr. HSU and we were excited to have him as our new provider. He took great notes and was very thorough. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The entrance off of Berrywood is the 1st photo and go in the brick entrance (2nd photo) saying "Keene Medical Center" and is on the North Side of the building (NOT the main entrance to the Hospital on West Side of Building) take elevator to 2nd floor, make a right and then a left and they're at the end of the hall on the left hand side.
I give this doctors office 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff. But, I rate the overall experience a 10. The comfort of the couch to do the deed was uncomfortable. But it got the job done. I rate that 5/10. Entertainment to get the job done was 1/10. I was not giving any entertainment so I had to use my phone. Make sure you bring your own ear buds. Other than that. Thank you.
Please don’t waste your time or money trying to have child through this clinic. We delayed our fertility journey by at least 6 months here. It was all “let’s do this test and we’ll call you in 30 days”. Over, and over, and over again. We sought a second opinion with another clinic and were diagnosed on DAY ONE. No expensive/painful tests necessary, and I wish I had read a review telling me skip this clinic before I endured that.
