This place is HORRIBLE. I was over suppressed with BC, got 4 eggs, 2 fertilized, 0 blasts. The doctor put me on an unreasonable amount of meds that my next doctor said there is no reason any one should be on that much meds bc there is absolutely no research showing its efficacy. The doctor at RGI told me after that my eggs are the problem, sperm doesn’t matter (yes, he really said this), that he would give me one more round where he would keep my protocol the exact same but then I really need to plan on donor eggs. I cannot rave enough about RGI/Pinnacle Cleveland location. The front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians were amazing and communicated well. My nurse coordinator Courtney is phenomenal!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Zolton and the entire RGI staff. After many failed rounds of IUI and disappointing treatment and service at the clinic I made the switch to RGI and it was the best decision I ever made. The entire RGI team treated my husband and I with so much warmth and care from the very first appointment and through each treatment and round of IVF. I sought fertility care from RGI/Pinnacle and, after an initial televisit with my physician, was directed straight to the second most expensive treatment, without barely even knowing my history. I never spoke directly with the doctor again, all communication went through nursing staff and their app, which often felt like a frustrating game of telephone rather than actual medical care. Had a really great experience with RGI. We worked with Dr. Zolton and she explained everything very clearly and in detail. Joyce was my nurse navigator and she was such an amazing resource, couldn’t imagine going through the process without having access to that type of support! Highly recommend!
