Had a really great experience with RGI. We worked with Dr. Zolton and she explained everything very clearly and in detail. Joyce was my nurse navigator and she was such an amazing resource, couldn’t imagine going through the process without having access to that type of support! Highly recommend!
After 2.5 years of infertility working with two other fertility clinics in the area, we finally made the switch to RGI Cleveland. Had a great experience with RGI! My husband and I worked with Dr. Maseelall who was super kind and thorough and helpful! She definitely knows her stuff! We also had experiences with the other doctors in the practice and they were all great. Everyone who works there was lovely too. Dr. Maseelall helped us figure out that IVF was the best option for us. She drew up a thorough and well-communicated plan to make sure the process would be as successful as possible. I am so thankful for the RGI team. Prior to RGI, I received 2.5 years of fertility treatment from a local hospital. During that time, I felt like a number and not taken seriously by the medical care team. RGI is the complete opposite. Their care team explained everything thoroughly, made frequent check-ins, and provided exceptional care. I’m going to miss them, but I am so grateful they helped us conceive our little bean 🥹🩷💜
