We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with RGI Pinnacle. Although we were fortunate to have success, my review is based on the care and treatment we received, not just the outcome. Early on, you are assigned a navigator, which is a nurse you have an open text message line with during your time at the clinic. This was invaluable to us and left us with no unanswered questions at any step of the process - and we had many. We are so grateful to Dr. Maseelall and all the doctors and staff at Pinnacle Fertility at both the Independence and Akron locations. From beginning to end, everything was wonderful, and now we have our beautiful daughter! We are forever thankful.
We began with this clinic after some time of trial of natural means for conception. We had a workup and told my wife through (a poorly performed) HSG imaging, that she had an irreversible hydrosalpinx with spill- leading us to have a low likelihood of conception. They prompted quickly to surgically remove her tubes — which would have made us incapable of having children naturally, relying on their money maker— IVF, for starting a family.
