Overall, the experience with the nurses, doctors and billing were ok. I went through 2 IVF cycles at the Reproductive Care Center (RCC) in the Sandy location. Unfortunately, I didn't end up with a baby, but that wasn't their fault. The complaint I have is with their price match policy. They gave me a rough time after I found out the U of U has better pricing for Cryopreservation and PGT-A testing.
