Gerrick is very professional and polite.
Customer service is excellent. Called this morning about a broken toner cartridge. Several hours later Gerricle Stephens was at the office with a new toner cartridge and installed it in the printer. Great experience from the customer service representative to the representative that came to the office.
I placed an order for 2 big boxes of plotter paper around 8am, not expecting them to arrive until the next day. Gerrick (Stephens) said he was going to be on this side when he saw our order and went ahead and grabbed them. He brought them all the way in to our office where we keep the plotter supplies. Repro Products folks are always willing to help and go the extra mile!
Gerrick did a awsome job taking care of unloading the packages while I was in the middle of something else. Good to not gave to do two things at once for once.
