Horrible all around....dont even trust them to have my sample propertly stored at this point. From the fact that everything is on paper flying around their office and nothing seems to be in any electronic systems, to their phone line being "busy" half the day, to the unprofessional staff....its insane.
The person at the phone was so rude. I was checking my schedule for availability and she was disproportionately annoyed because it was taking me a few extra seconds to figure out a time among my other appointments. I will go somewhere else.
Staff unfriendly and unprofessional. They should try harder to improve, however they don’t seem to care. Not sure if I should trust them any longer. Long time client.
The receptionist Shontay was very welcoming and friendly !
