I used to be a dedicated customer of Repro in Winooski for several years, but this summer I asked them to do 6 high resolution JPG scans of my artwork (something which they have been able to do easily for me in the past) and instead they gave me 13 low quality PDFs. This was after I waited for a half hour for the employees (none of whom I recognized post-quarantine) to figure out how to do a scan in the first place.
