I had a very disappointing experience with AEC Solar. From the beginning, communication was poor and follow-through was inconsistent. After installation, I continued to experience unresolved issues with the system, including billing and performance concerns. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received limited support and no clear resolution. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Wow. What an incredible journey. James and the AEC installers were fantastic to work with. James was very responsive and kept us up to date throughout the process. The installers went above and beyond the call of duty when they installed the complete system in one day in single digit wind chill weather. Incredible. AEC definitely give Solar a good reputation. Our 16.4KW system with 40 Maxeon panels and Enphase micro inverters took just over 2 months from proposal to installed.
