The staff and customer service at AEC have been friendly and fantastic throughout this process. Just waiting for National Grid to install the net meter to get the system up and running.
I met with a guy Nate W. He seemed very knowledgeable about solar, and the whole process of how to go solar. And how much money I might save. I was really impressed by how professional he was. Unfortunately we were unable to go move forward until we get a couple things straightened out first..i highly recommend looking into to saving money with AEC though!
My family and I recently chose AEC Solar to install our solar panels, and it was a great decision. The process was stress-free and the communication was excellent. The installation crew was efficient and professional. It's been exciting to see the system working so well and to know we've made a positive step for our home and the environment. We're so glad we went with AEC Solar and would absolutely recommend them.
Initially, I would have give more stars but I would now advise AGAINST using this company. I paid a refundable deposit more that 7 weeks ago and each time I call, email or text someone to find out the status of the refund, I get a different response. Examples or responses:it can be mailed or delivered by your salesperson (salesperson unexpectadly out of the office), the person who needs to sign the check is out of the office, have you checked your bank account, I will check with my supervisor tomorrow to get this expedited. ... read more
