The new website is terrible, not easy finding what you want anymore, then when you do its all completed auctions
I think this is sort of scam. I know there are many items on here that will be a great deal but they also can have reserve price and reject your bid if you do not have high enough bidding. Which means this auction site is not absolute auction but reserved auction. The worst is they also will not tell you if there is reserve on the each items. So ppl, don't get your hopes up. Because if they are too good to be true price. It will be because they can have reserve and reject your winning bid.
I have not yet bid on anything! But I am very impressed with such a fast response to any questions I have had. I have never bid on anything in an online auction,so they were super efficient at helping me know what my costs would be and I am looking forward to trying this.I just wanted to give a shout out for very good and helpful staff at Repocast.com! Sellers beware just because it sold in an auction doesn't mean they can't return it. But buyers be told. Got two of my trucks back after they let the guy drive off there lot with it. My other truck didn't go for what I wanted and someone broke gages out of the dash after sitting on there lot.
Bought a car from their Thursday auction online, picked it up today. Flaws of the car were described well in the ad, no surprises when picking it up haha. Staff was helpful and friendly. Fees aren't to bad, the cash discount is great. Look forward to doing business with this company again in the future.
In my opinion an absolutely horrible experience. I would avoid this auction site at all costs. I won the auction and was notified of winning on my app on the phone. Went to my son's basketball game and when I got home received an email that they reopened the auction because of an alleged technical issue and now someone else one. In my opinion very shady and not professional.
