Very friendly but extremy poor service. Movers damaged my home. Have been in my home almost a year and all problems have not been fixed. I would not buy another home from their lot. You will probably pay way more than it is worth. Go to Oak Creek on 45 south or clayton for a new home. Look under the sinks, check the ceilings and foors before and after delivery. Order new. Dont let them sell you a bunch of cheap plastic faucets, sinks etc.
