I ordered 1000 special order magnets more than one month before an event I was a primary sponsor for. I was not informed there were any issues with the order at the time of order. Two weeks before the event I started leaving voice mails and e-mails requesting the order status. There were eight different attempts to request a status update on the order. Highly recommend for all your custom apparrel needs!!!! – I'm in charge of spirit wear for my child's elementary school and hired Replicator Graphics to do the job. We had a tight deadline to get the orders submitted and delivered in time for our Walk-a-thon. Ellen was terrific! She not only delivered on time... but even a few days early!
