They were a little less then courteous to me, I had some sea kayaking dvd's and a vhs and a new book, I was treated like I was a looking for a fast buck at a pawn shop...I have had good experiences with their help but this was the owner who treated me like a second class citizen, no hello no nothing, acted put out to have to walk the 5 feet to the counter and then said nobody wants these , they aren't worth anything, but I'll give a couple bucks......Wow big deal tnx for the whole 2 minutes you spent with me...I'll do my sho... read more

These folks are the most helpful and thoughtful people I have had the privilege to do business with.. The owners took time to talk to not only us but to my 12 year old daughter. They helped her find the right water shirt cover up for her skin type, they even would go looking for different sizes and colors for her.. We went in to buy kayak and paddle board paddels not knowing anything about them..They helped us to find exactly what we needed, both in size and price. They did not try to push the expensive brands on us or even ... read more
