Buying windows from Aimee at Replacement Windows of Katy has been a great experience! We have had other windows replaced in the past, and I sure wish I had known about Aimee and RWOK back then. The windows are beautiful and the time it took to get them was very reasonable. Their installation crew was also fantastic, very professional, and did a beautiful job. 100% satisfied!

I worked with 4 different vendors before selection RWOK. Why did I choose RWOK? They were by far the most responsive. I got quick quotes and answers to my questions over email, and they used SMS to schedule the install and ensure we were all well informed of the project (which I managed remotely to boot - I live in a different city than my mom). Their prices were good, and they installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors in just one day (they had a 5 person crew) and my mom was happy with their service and work.

Replaced all the windows on my home in one install. They don’t have a fancy show room or pushy sales folks, they’re down to earth and no nonsense. They were super easy to work with and listened to what I wanted, the end result? A year later I am still so happy I went with them and love the windows they installed, the curb appeal alone blows cheaper windows out of the water. The window installers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and the windows look great! The whole process from start to finish was very easy.
