Aimee was great. I needed a window screen and frame fixed, and she fixed it properly, with a great turnaround time, and was very communicative along the way, not to mention the fair and great price. I will keep Replacement Windows of Katy on my radar for any future window or window screen needs, as Aimee did an amazing job.
Aimee, Dan and Jayden were extremely easy to work with. Expectations were given and met as informed. The installation went quickly and smoothly and they took care of everything. The cost was much more reasonable compared to other quotes. After several weeks, a stress crack appeared. I called Aimee and she immediately started the process to get the window replaced. Replaced all 22 windows in our house in one day. The vinyl frames were a good quality affordable product. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Installation crew was on time, efficient, thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Very happy with the entire process.
