From the time we made the call for the estimate Mr Duran was punctual and was beyond polite. Mr Duran explained everything in detail and gave all the advantages of replacing our 30+year windows. He answered all our questions leaving nothing to doubt. Mr Duran gave the best price and the top quality windows at an affordable price. If there was a way to give more stars we would! Mr John Duran was very knowledgeable in explaining the type of windows that we were replacing. Ivan and Allan were very professional in installing the windows. They have a very good eye for detail and did not leave behind any trace of debris when they were finished. We will certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

We had 15 windows replaced recently and the entire process was very smooth and professional. The installation team did a great job and cleaned up as they went from window to window. HMR did an excellent job replacing my windows. The windows were installed in a timely manner (8 windows in 2 days) and came out great. Ivan and Alan installed them with excellent skill. John provided great customer service and answered all of our questions. Best company in El Paso!
