I have a window screen needing replacement and since I live 30 minutes away didn’t want to drive over unless they could help me. I first sent an email their listed address and no response after 2 weeks. In the last 2 weeks I have left 2 messages on their recorder and no response. Nothing on their web site or phone greeting to suggest they aren’t open. I will need to look elsewhere for my needs.
Good customer service, good quality screens, and good prices. We paid about $60 per window.
Waited six weeks for him to come and measure the windows then waited for two weeks to get a quote, and he never send it, At the end he wants to talk crazy to me for wasting my time. What a customer service. Never again
