Owner: TJ Staudt (Also owner of Ameribath) What a nightmare! We are so disappointed in this company. We contracted with them to replace our roof, convert an existing atrium to an asphalt roof and replace 3 windows. We made a significant down payment in February to ensure windows would be delivered for an early summer project. We had assurances that the work would be performed by RW&E employees. Took 4 months for them to deliver wrong size windows and I am still waiting to hear back when they can get replacements to install. Hardly anyone responds or available in the office to give a clear status. I will keep posting my experience to help others and might change the rating later based on how RWC handles my order. For now they don't even qualify for a 1 star rating.

We contracted this business when it was under another name for siding and window replacement in 2020. Replacement Window Center holds the warranty for our job. We have had problems with this particular piece, located on the back of our garage, several times. After numerous phone calls, they did come out to repair it by simply nailing it in place. We ordered windows for our entire home, they were installed on 4/13/23, however the grids ordered for our living room and family room were missing. Called on 4/17/23 and were told it was their error, they were ordered that day and would take a few weeks. Now 5 months later, we still have not received the correct windows and no estimate of when we will. We've called numerous times and staff is very apologetic, but nothing happens, no communication, no followup. Hopefully, the Better Business Bureau will help get this resolved... read more

We started our project over a year ago. We order windows for our sun porch and 2 doors. Windows were installed in March. One window needed to be reordered because it didn't fit. We are still waiting with many excuses 6 months later. All of the other windows are in. They do not lock or close properly. Wind and rain blow in. The doors were installed and are good. Numerous calls. I have requested a refund and TJ just tells you what you want to hear to buy time. Now looking into TJ and this company there are numerous complaints ... read more
