Excellent customer service! They went out of their way to help me avoid making a mistake. The part I thought I needed appeared so tantalizingly close to what I thought would work that I was pretty determined to order it from them (on ebay). Ordered through ebay, the radio was and is exactly as described. Originally wanted an OEM 1 CD AM/FM radio. RR had an OEM 6 CD AM/FM radio. Shipping was timely and packing was exceptional. A++++ RR!
I ordered from them online. The radio that we bought was exactly as advertised, the shipping was incredibly fast (and free!), and they even included the pry bars we needed to pull the frame off from around the old radio.
