If I could give 0 stars I would have. I could not have been more explicit when I said that I needed the parts the next day when ordering. I believed I was paying for overnight shipping. I then received my order acknowledgement, only to see that they shipped it economy. We'll see when I finally receive it. I will NEVER use them again, and wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.
they said they had part. we ship 8-14 day.they had no pat ordered part 9 june got part on 10 aug.then part was missing all parts.then charge you 3 times more for bad part
Order a hand full of items waited 4 months for a washer to never show up. Was told to ship all other items I'd have to pay separate shipping. Ridiculous! Waited months they couldn't even offer to ship the washer for free when it came in. Such bad customer service. Its disappointing
I chose this supplier to get a part for my husky air compressor. I needed this part by Wed night because of a project thursday morning. I paid extra for 2-day shipping. Today is Wed and the tracking number they supplied on monday morning is still showing item is not shipped. This company is in my state!
