The rating is based on customer service. I bought wheels for my lawnmower. The front wheels were less expensive there so I went there to purchase them (30 minute trip - I had to go to someplace else in the area so I went there). I take responsibility for not checking the invoice while there because they charges me more than the quoted price but when I called to ask for an adjustment they said they couldn't do it unless I came back because they needed the physical credit card. Their prices are competitive. The ordering process is simple. Their customers service is outstanding. I ordered my replacement part and received it within the time quoted. No problems at all.
While the website style and very low prices make it seem scamy, It was very much legit. Very fast fulfillment and low prices much better than parts ware house
