Beware ordering online! Called with the part number from worldlawn. (#396) Went over it with the parts person describing the part. Days later the wrong hose shows up. (Having the correct part number on it). Called them up to talk about the return policy. Not knowing they were soon to ship the correct hose I had one made from a local hydraulic store. Ordered online on a Friday and my order showed up before the weekend was over
Found a Shindaiwa power broom advertised and image include the bristle attachment on it. To confirm, I called and spoke to and individual to confirm it was the full broom, which he said it was. The equipment I clicked on DID NOT state the attachment was not included and did not recommend ordering any attachment. Upon receipt, there were no bristle attachment, so I called and the helpful lady told me they should have been with it when she looked up my order and asked for me to send a picture, which I did. 2 YEARS ago I bought a damaged Troy Built snowblower at an auction. I was able to get parts and make repairs all except for the primer bulb, which is different than most models.
