I feel like the title of this business is very misleading. My car ignition was damaged as someone was trying to steal my car. When I called and said I needed my ignition replaced the woman on the phone said okay then asked for the make and model of my car. As soon as I stated that my car was a Kia she refused to help me and said, “we don’t do that”. You don’t do what exactly? The tech was able to diagnose and fix my ignition issue quickly and efficiently, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.
This not a legit business. I called this place to help my mother and they said it was a $29 service fee and then another $35 and goes up depending on the work needed. All they had to do was unlock a car. They charged her $140 and then followed her to an atm saying cash only. My mother felt like she had no choice and then was followed to an atm which presents a huge safety concern.
