I cannot thank Riana and her team enough. I've had a tub chair that belonged to my grandparents (one of my grandpa's favorite chairs) that had seen better days. My mom never got rid of it and then I took it from her and also wouldn't have dreamt of parting with it, even though it was almost 40 years old and the seat cushion had such a large tear, nobody ever sat in it. She makes it very difficult to get a quote/estimate/ballpark I know what upholstery costs, but if I can't just bring a piece in and get a ballpark price range, its too much trouble for small pieces I was ready to pay whatever she asked but couldn't just bring it in to get the process started.
Such a great business to work with! They are incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. I was impressed by how easy they made the whole process and how much care they put into helping me explore options. If you’re even a little intimidated about getting upholstery work done, definitely give them a try — they make it simple and stress-free.
Only doing 2 star so people take this review seriously. I sent in a request for a quote and got a request pretty quick. They asked for some photos so I sent some. Then I heard nothing. I asked for followup and was told they had a large amount of orders. Haven't been able to get a response since
