I have purchased two kits of the QuadPro External Antenna, one for myself and one for my daughter and son-in-law. I have T-Mobile cellular internet service and the modem I got with the service ran approximately 50 Mbps on a good day, with the unit located in my upstairs level near the exterior wall with pretty much only wooden siding between the modem and the cell tower. 10 stars for customer service! The quad mini made a huge difference in using my cellular Wi-Fi. The reps kept in touch with me to make sure it was working ok, asking if I needed additional information. They were so great! When I got my Starlink set up, about 6 weeks later, I texted the reps at Waveform and they said no problem to me returning everything, even thought it was past the 30 day Amazon window!! They sent me a return UPS label, I sent it directly to them. They gave me a full refund onto my Amazon account right away... read more
The Waveform QuadPro made a huge difference in internet signal for me. My down speeds went from 30-40 mbps to peaking at 500 mbps. Upload speeds went from 4 mbps to 50-60 mbps. This thing really helps me get everything out of my T-Mobile 5G Home internet gateway. Definitely worth every penny!
Awesome customer service- we had some issues with our waveform antenna that we use to connect to T-mobile trash can, and the company did not hesitate to take care of us even after 2 years. Great company- great products. Thanks
Product did not improve signal quality. The built in antenna was more stable.
