I purchased the QuadPro Antenna kit from Waveform and installed it in a rural area on my house. It boosted my T-Mobile 5G Internet speed from ~20 Mbps to almost ~440 Mbps! I didn't use all the items from the kit and the support team even allowed me to do a partial return on the unused parts! Great product and great local company!
Works great! We have t-mobile and while showing in 5G service it was as slow although considerably less expensive then the crappy dial up from Ziply. Read reviews, decided to go with Waveform as they have a 90 day return policy. Well it works great, had a couple issues and reached out to tech support. Wayne chimed in and helped me understand some techie stuff to get the best performance. Went from 15-50 mbps to consistently over 200mbps now. Everything about Waveform is Excellent. From the Quad Pro Antenna, Shipping, Quality of Product, Sales, Support, Before and After Customer Service. Waveform shines on all of these factors. Oh and did I get what I was hoping for in terms of improved wireless signal. Yup! Mid 450's to 550 down and 100+ up. About a 75% improvement from no antenna. They work. Struggling with internet for years. In the forest of northern Pa pointing at a tower 9 miles away. Wayne actually contacted me and had me point my antenna at a tower that had a better channel than my closest tower. Newest gateway from Tmobil with external connections . Had a different gateway and didn’t work as well.
Anthony did a great job working with me to get our Antenna issues resolved. They swapped us out to a different unit that was better for our situation no questions asked. Really appreciate his support!
