Waveform quad pro significantly improved my signal metrics. Equally important, the technical support was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Waveform.
Originally I had some issues. While I still believe they should be a bit more clear about what constitutes a complete kit, they did step up and took care of my issue. The product itself is easy to set up and made a huge difference. I had decent download without it, but next to zero upload causing me to drop off virtual meetings. It’s flawless now. Definitely a good investment.
The antenna does work pretty well, a bit fussy to set up but that’s expected. That being said the kit as sold is NOT complete. You need a separate cable to go between the window cord and the actual unit. It doesn’t feel great to spend this amount of money only to have to buy another cable to the tune of 100 dollars. Insanity. There are competitor products that work just as well for MUCH sell with more transparency.
Abed Soubra was really helpful in getting my accessory for my MIMO antenna. I needed a roof mount and he was able to point me to the right on. The antenna does a great job and improving cell reception for our 5G Verizon Gateway. If you're having WiFi issues call Waveform and ask for Abed!
Prior to getting this, I had two main problems with my connection. One was that my upload speeds were under 10 mbps, sometimes dropping under 2 mbps. Download speed was adequate, often around 100 mbps, but stability was a problem. Sometimes, I had to reboot the gateway several times per day, sometimes every couple of days, but it rarely stayed up more than that. So far, I've had the antenna installed for 17d 1h 41m 28s.
