At the time I purchased an item from the this store (only one item) and my bank said that I purchased the item twice and so I thought the machine or the system was faulty on there part and so I spoke to the boss and basically gave me a receipt that they would refund me back in 14days and when 14days have gone by. I came in to see whats going with the refund and basically turned me down and didn’t refund me and looking at me like a liar
I've been on hold for 24 minutes and the phone has been picked up I assume and then put back down again and after it I was disconnected this is appalling where is the service.You don't mindtaking our cash Services non-existent.
