It is a trustworthy service, recommend using it. After the first visit I felt that the technician didn’t do enough but he came again, did a thorough check up and explained to me that my aircon has no fault - it is simply a cheap brand - Gree - and he even tried to contact the company which sold it to me. This company doesn’t exist anymore. So I strongly recommend REPARE if you want a service you can relay on, their honesty and expertise exceptional.
The servicing man was nice. But all he did was cleaning the filters. My aircon keeps overheating. Called the service centre but never received a call back.
Extremely disappointed with Repare’s service. We were promised that our air conditioner would be installed on a particular day, only to receive a call the day before saying that the owner wasn’t comfortable and would be away for another 4 weeks before they could even review if they could take on the installation. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive job. Awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable and even tidied up after the work was finished. Vacuumed away the mess. Very happy with the service we were given! I definitely recommend this company for their honesty, reliability and professional manner!
