My brand new 2200$ troy bilt snowblower I bought from Canadian Tire was sent here for repairs the day after I purchased it. It took 8 weeks to repair it, which is acceptable, but it was returned to me damaged on the bottom right corner, a hole in the heated handle grip, and bad scratches in multiple places. My new snowblower is in worse shape than my 10 year old Troy bilt. It seems to be repaired properly, good job.
Called and informed they do Not Service Greenworks Electric lawnmowers. Greenworks Approved service centres description is in error on Electric.
On a été porter notre tondeuse qui fait de la boucane blanche censé être sur la garanti. Ils nous rappellent en disant non c'est pas garanti vous l'avez mal entretenu.. on paie pour la nettoyer et arranger pour qu'au final elle fasse encore la boucane blanche, donc ils n'ont pas résolu le problème et qui est censé être sur la garanti (la compagnie de la tondeuse nous l'avais confirmé)
Très bon service, expert en machinerie John Deere, très bon prix et honnête. Je recommande
