We lost a wheel on the highway (sheered lug studs), destroying the brake plate and hub in the process. RepairPros' 24 hour scheduling received our trailer around 3:30 AM, tracked down our (not all that common) replacement parts, and had us on the road within twelve hours! Excellent turn around and service - everyone we talked with were professional, informative, helpful, and friendly! Very happy to have found them when we needed them- if we lived closer they'd be our goto for all future work.

I reached out to this company for an awning repair. They quickly provided an estimate for my insurance claim. I was told it would take several weeks to get the parts. That was on June 9th. Today is November 3rd. They have yet to come out and make the repair. Will not respond to texts or answer phone calls. IF I do get ahold of someone, I always get the runaround game. Finally scheduled an appointment for October 23rd and they no-showed. Stay away from this place.

This place done an absolute amazing job. The day I called within an hr and they had my clam filed and was out the very next morning! If you need a A/C in a travel trailer I Highly recommend you use this company. Thanks for the hard work and the super fast service
