Repair Makers was able to help us out with fixing our cavitron in a timely manner and gave us tips for upkeep on maintaning the filter. We also had a problamatic handpiece that was leaking they were able to help give us guidance and advice on the frequency of replacing certain parts. I used to use Henry Shein and Patterson Dental Technicians since my Dental Office is a CEREC office, thinking they would provide fast and efficient service. However, I was wrong..They take forever to send a technician and when they would send a tech he wouldn't know what he was doing since half the time he was on the phone asking for help. If dental offices had a “lifeline” option, mine would be Repair Makers. I inherited a fixer-upper office that seemed determined to test my patience (and my toolbox). These guys have literally bailed me out more times than I can count—whether it’s a chair acting up, a compressor throwing a tantrum, or something random breaking at the worst possible moment. Their response time is lightning-fast, their work is solid, and they’re always friendly. Honestly, I don’t know how my office would run without them. Highly recommend!

This is my second time using them and I will not go anywhere else. They have the best customer service HANDS DOWN. I've dealt with them over the phone and in-person and each time was a great experience. I had an emergency with one of my dental hand pieces and they got it down in a rush!
