Shame on EGO for having this place as their 'repair' shop for warranties on their products. Property looks like a dumping grounds. Guy running it is rude. He was verbally RESISTIVE upon my request for a proof of receipt that I dropped off hundreds of dollars worth of MY equiptment for repair. A USUAL, AUTOMATIC PROCEDURE FOR REPAIR BUSINESSES. This owner has NO idea how to repair mowers. His front yard keeps getting more repairs that sit there. I took two mowers in for tuneups. The the belt to blade broke. They put a new belt on and came home. Now it don’t move because transmission belt broke? Put a new belt on and it still don’t start. Every time he looks at the mower it gets worst!!! So I picked up the second mower which also broke after his repairs. Repairit is NOT a place to take your mower!!!
It's hard to find a good place for small engine repair. So many shops are overpriced, slow, have bad customer service, or don't stand behind their repairs. With RepairIt, I finally found a place that I not only like, but like a lot. Dennis knows his stuff, he'll work on practically anything that is fixable, and he is honest and fair to his customers. His prices are reasonable and he stands behind his work. If it can be fixed, he's your guy. Highly recommended!
