I called Repairit for warranty work on my generator. He was able to tell me the problem right away. Quick fix. He knows his business. Thankyou much. Craig.
Dennis makes promises he can't keep. He promised to call me back with the status of my lawn mower a week from the time I dropped it off. He still has not called more than two weeks later. I have no idea what he plans to do with my lawnmower at this point if I do not here from him in a few days I will be filing a complaint witht he Better Business Bureau. I have emaile him and phoned several times without the courtesy of a response.
driving from NC to nevada my Champion 4500 generator quit handeling my RV AC in in my class B camper Utah. after spending 2 HOT nights we got to reno. made some calls to champion and got referred to dennis. diagnosis was simple and quick. it would claim to be over loaded and cut off even with no load plugged in Dennis got a new computer board in and got it installed in time for me to hit the road back to NC. The generator now runs better than it did when it was new. THANKS DENNIS.
Shame on EGO for having this place as their 'repair' shop for warranties on their products. Property looks like a dumping grounds. Guy running it is rude. He was verbally RESISTIVE upon my request for a proof of receipt that I dropped off hundreds of dollars worth of MY equiptment for repair. A USUAL, AUTOMATIC PROCEDURE FOR REPAIR BUSINESSES.
