Picked up a finished car on the 17/9/26. Found the lady behind the counter very non customer attentive. She simply said 'yes' when she spoke to me. Asked if I had paid the excess, which she should have been able to see on the system. She said to a fellow employee 'get me the keys to the car' and he said 'are you talking to me'. Did not advise how to leave the building as its not obvious which way to go. I wouldn't employ her. Customer skills need drastic overhaul.

Fantastic job by the team. Great communications, kept me up to date and had the job done within the week (rear end damage). Car looked like nothing even happened. Both the work team and front team were very nice and professional.
