‼️‼️‼️Highly disappointed with the customer care and professionalism and quality of work. Not recommended at all ‼️‼️‼️‼️This experience is based on 2 repairs, i ignored their behavior first time, but not this time. - Waiting time: Long They gave me 5 weeks waiting time to other the parts although it was minor repair. Fantastic service. I cannot praise the Team enough for the friendly & efficient customer service offered from beginning to end. The communication relating to my car repairs was great, and i was offered a hire car while my own car was repaired. And since the car hire location is 10mins from the repair shop, they even organised an Uber to get me there. Once my car was repaired & ready to collect, I dropped the hire car back, and an Uber was organised back to the repair shop. Thank you again to the Team, I hope not to go back, ... read more
The front desk staff here are exceptional-amazing customer service. I urgently needed my car back by a certain date. They were incredibly understanding and bent over backwards to support my needs. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. Thankyou
Extremely fast and professional. Wish they were open outside of 5pm on workdays and on at least one weekend day for easier pickup, but I'm nitpicking.
