REPAIRHUB-8 Carrington Rd, Marrickvile. The staffs are all excellent for helping and trying to serve customers. Very special Administration desk, Joe! she is happy, sincerely and helping customers much as she can. She made every one feel welcome and easy. Thank you Joe! You all make our lives feeling happy and easy while we all have stress with car accident.
Great staff members and truely talented workers. Unfortunately after learning how the shop operates from repairs to alignment of the car is shocking. Knowing what the managers be saying to their staff members on what to do can truely ruin the engineers ( repairer ) reputation or career. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this specific shop to have your car repaired at, especially if you’re driving a prestige vehicle. It's a very amateur place. They are not professional at all.
Very impressed with all aspects of Repair Hub Marrickville. From the moment I drove in for inspection to arranging for vehicle pick up just a few days later everything has been speedy, professional & courteous. NRMA provided regular sms updates on the progress of repairs & because I had hire car cover I was able to be provided with a replacement car too. Rob & Jo were a pleasure to deal with, thank you for an excellent customer service experience.
Jo, the receptionist is great at her job! Efficient and professional, helpful and nice . Which is always great when they are the first point of representing a Company. Rob, also was a very courteous and professional. My van looked so Schmick when I picked it up. Thank you
