I took my 2011 MacBook Pro for software installation assistance. I was told it would be ready in about 3.5 hours. When the technician began working on my computer, he accidentally lost some small rubber mounts that are important for securing the hard drive. When I brought this to his attention, he downplayed the importance of the parts and mentioned he would look for them on the floor.
