Terrible company They have a return policy that seems great until you use it. I returned an unused part per their policy but will not get a refund because they say it seems I attempted to install it. In fact it was never removed from the box. They either sent me a used part or use this part of the return policy to refuse refunds. In any case it's a scam and they now have my $100 and the part.

My experience is like so many others I've read about. I ordered a part for my dishwasher. They sent the wrong part. I called. They sent a replacement part assuring me that if it was still wrong I would get a full refund. Spoiler . . . wrong part again. Since getting that second wrong part, I have emailed them pictures, talked to four different representatives, and I had a guy hang up on me. Ordered a replacement gas burner for my cook top, and also needed 2 torx screws for it. The burner was fine, but they sent me 2 tiny screws that were way too short and would not work because the head was too large and unable to get a wrench on it. Not to mention, they charged me just under $20 for the two tiny screws, the screw on the left is what they sent. The screws they sent probably cost $0.25. worst customer service I've seen - place and order and the adress is wrong (not me that enter that adress your system did) and I chat to have it fix to be told that it is ship nothing we can do to go at the adress to pick it up - guess what it a non existing adress - this is total BS there is always something that can be done I own an ecommerce company and we do it every day - but we have TOP NOTCH customer service i guess it's not givin to everyone - I'll be sure to call my credit card to get refund as it is YOUR responsabi... read more

WORST refund polices ever. I received a defective part and all they would provide was a replacement. They would not provide replacement because the part was installed. Of course it was installed how else can you determine it was defective? DO NOT use this company for replacement parts. I should have researched them prior to purchasing that was my fault.

I needed a part for my dishwasher. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never got my part. Call their customer service wait on the phone for 1 hour and no answer. Tried the customer service chat and waited for 1 hour and 45 min and got no answer. They have the worst cuatomer service ever. Just don't go through the trouble of having a bad experience and look for a different company for your parts.
