Had a really great experience with Albert! I came in for a battery replacement and he didn't charge us extra with the screen. Very cool guy as well! Coming back here again for sure.
Albert is a pro at repairs, he’s also very nice and great at explaining the options you have given your circumstances. 10/10 recommend
They did fix the issue of the charging port not working (which is I why came there in December 2024). But the ipad touch screen didn't work in some parts after the charging port repair was done, so I have to rotate the screen every time I want to type something , touch the corner to exit an ad, pull down the control center, and etc. The videos show the ipad's touchscreen not working.
