It's a Verizon store and they will do repairs thru Assurance insurance which they will direct your appointment to several othe 3rd party repair sites...no complaints took me right in and got me the earliest appointment available for that day...went to uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair in Manchester which they took my phone for 3 hour screen repair...came out good as new...no complaints 5 star on service and repair.
They don't even repair phones. Even though the sign in the front of the store said, "broken phone, no problem". First question I was asked is are you a Verizon customer. Then they sent me to Manchester. What a scam and a joke. You guys suck.
I had a problem with their customer service an they really stepped up to fix the issue..
Great shop, service was quick and my phone was good as new
