Excellent experience with Repair Solutions. They were able to help me on very short notice when I needed quotes for various issues in a home Im considering purchasing. Mr. Lozano was incredibly kind and informative, clearly explaining the problems and offering practical solutions. He drove from Grand Prairie to benbrook to fix a clogged toilet and while here he cleaned up the mess made by the previous workers this morning and noticed then addressed and issue with the toilet flapper despite it being completely unrelated to the clog. He then provided me with his company information incase we had another issue through the evening. As someone who works in customer service I cannot stress enough how amazing his customer service is.
