I have consistently had excellent service with RR-I had a 'service plan' with Honda, where I bought my car. After Honda told me (twice) I needed expensive repairs, I took my car to RR. They ran it through their diagnostics and told me that most or all of the recommended repairs weren't necessary. Saved me a lot of money. Prices can be high but the quality of inspection and information is extremely high. Great for my 16 year old subaru to figure out what maintenance is coming up. They are also very kind and I always feel comfortable here.
