I wish I could give this place less, it's not a repair facility I wasted my time and money to end up at a Verizon store that told me they could mail my phone to Chicago... Like I could just take the train myself out go somewhere closer to get my phone repaired. An utter waste of time, why they are posted as a repair shop is beyond my comprehension. To clarify this is a Verizon store that is only affiliated with repair-ology but repair-ology doesn't even have a repair facility in this location.
