Broken screen, they said 2 days but it took a week. The day after I got it back the entire screen just fell off. It cost me 100 bucks for nothing. I'll NEVER go back
I went into the Verizon store in the Andersonville location. Dealt with Marcus and Armando. Had a damaged phone and needed my info from the old device which did not turn on. I ended up upgrading my phone and they also repaired my screen so we can move the info over . The repair person Chevy did the repair so fast. Just for them making this transaction so easy because I thought it was going to be difficult and tedious, I will be making this location my main location whenever I need a new phone for Verizon or a device repaired
