NEVER USE THIS SHOP! Took my phone in for a simple screen repair, the screen wasn't smashed or broken in any way just simply stopped working. I agreed to a set price package when I dropped it off, went to pick up my phone and they tried to charge the next price package up which was never agreed. Demanded a CASH payment for a price I never agreed to. Reported to trading standards. Absolutely livid.
