Have used them 2x in the past largely due to limited options. Chose not to use them a third time after the initial diagnostic visit. Pros: - efficient service once they arrive - seem to solve the immediate issue - offer same warranty on parts as official Subzero contracted repair company Cons: - Persistently late, they do not respect customer time. It is a unnerving when your food is starting to thaw in the refrigerator, especially when when it is a Sub Zero. When that happened I called Repair My Sub Zero NYC. I was afraid I would have to replace unit, which would cost a lot today. The technician arrived right away and made the repair for a less than 200.00. Calling NYC Sub Zero Repair saved me a lot of money.

When I noticed everything in my freezer to my refrigerator was beginning to thaw. I called Repair My Sub Zero and They sent a refrigerator repair technician right away. He figured out that I was leaking coolant and ran a test. He was able to find a leak and repair it. Now it works as good as new. I can't speak highly enough about the great NY Sub Zero Service.
