Misleading and deceiving! Ordered a meter box lock/latch on Saturday and ticked & paid for next day delivery, which would’ve been Tuesday. I needed it for first thing Thursday morning. The item was not sent next day, it was sent Royal Mail 1st tracked (after several emails to find out), which is 1-3 days. It’s now Wednesday evening and it was not delivered. Don’t lie to people and have a next day option when you clearly don’t offer it!
Ordered a pair of over boxes for gas and electric meters and they arrived within 24hrs of ordering online. Very impressive product that really does transform and protect the existing metres. Very pleased that i purchased from this company!
After trying to find a solution to our broken box we found this company. We didn't have much space between the two boxes and it was a box with meter and trip switch box inside. Great service from Andrew and box arrived in a couple of days. Easy to fit with 4 screws, very secure and will last for ever. Highly recommended
