So my mom had home choice warranty and was having a problem with her Samsung refrigerator. This company was sent out and the owners son came out to do the repairs. I explained to him that I had recently went to school for HVAC as I had started taking the refrigerator apart to mainly defrost it. Goes above and beyond in all jobs they have done for me so far.They have done AC, Delivery, Plumbing, Shower Replacement, Faucet Replacement and fixed my Washer and Dryer. I've never had a problem with them at all and they don't price gouge you either. Not sure what that other faked named guy was talking about in that bad review.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They are SCAMMERS! No matter how cheap their prices are, don't fall for it! We had a home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) contract Repair Monkey to fix our refrigerator that was not cooling sufficiently. The fine print in the contract states that routine maintenance needs to be accomplished to have a valid warranty, ie, clean coils, (which was no problem, because not long before we had them cleaned by another company).
