I️ dropped my coat of here to be fixed and have called multiple times for the status and have received no reply. This place has terrible customer service and I️ will never bring another item here. At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll even get the original item I️ dropped off back!

Repair Lair is always my first stop for my outdoor gear and clothing needs. The selection is fantastic, Owner Nancy and her staff are exceptionally honest and welcoming, and I find some amazing deal nearly every time I'm there. We are so lucky to have this amazing spot in Minneapolis!
