Phone got run over by a car and they managed to get it looking like new again. Gave me a good deal when I explained the situation too, would recommend.
Today I popped by this store as I needed to phase out and replace my old smartphone, one with a swollen battery. Mr Fawad Khan was courteous and professional, and demonstrated superior customer and technical service. Any other issues I may have with my phone will find me going back to the Repair Genie. Outstanding store! Thank you, sir!
My laptop’s charger port was loose and the owner quoted me $70 for the repair. When I returned he asked me for $100. Absolutely not, I said! After a bit of back and forth I got us back to the original price (which is still pretty high for minor work). The bait and switch was so unnecessary. You may have gotten me as a customer today but I’m leaving annoyed and unhappy. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone and they’ve lost my repeat business.
