I recently visited your shop for a battery and screen replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I am very disappointed with the service. You charged me $160 for this repair, but the quality of the work and parts is unacceptable. The first battery you installed was faulty, as it drained very fast and caused the phone to overheat while charging. I was looking for a decent pair of headphones for my daily commute . My research and decision made me look at the JBL 670 NC.
