Please be careful with this place. I brought my phone in because the volume button was raised and not working properly. The employee told me the entire side of the phone needed to be replaced and charged me $60. I agreed because I believed he was going to buy and replace the part. Later, I discovered that he never went anywhere and no part was replaced. They only repaired a small internal clip. Very good customer service and excellent at their jobs
I visited the store today because my girlfriend was about to purchase an iPhone on line with Amazon but she decided to check locally and found this place on line also, I explained to the guy that we had looked at the same phone for less and showed it to him for less he then proceeded to give me a lesson on taxes as if i was unaware of that he wouldn’t allow me to speak and told me that he was not going to sell me a this at this price with out even hearing what my question was instead it turned into a uncomfortable conversati... read more
