James is pleasant, efficient, and very good at what he does. He fit us into his schedule -- during a snowy afternoon no less -- and got the job done (figuring out what was wrong with our drainage... digging up the earth... replacing the pipe... and putting it all together again) in record time. I hope to not have drainage problems anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call. (And, I wish every service provider was a easy to work with as James!)
James is fantastic and I highly recommend him! He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient in his explanations and his pricing is very reasonable.

Absolutely the best.
Had James come out on a weekend day to unclog a toilet. Super quick response, very thorough, and totally reasonable prices! Going to have him come back to do replace toilets soon.
