5 stars -- I am writing this email to praise Chipio Glass Repair for their outstanding service to my automobile windshield. They repaired my windshield in January of this year (2014), but when it broke further, a few weeks later, they remained true to their word and their guarantee. They repaired it immediately, by replacing the entire windshield. I could not be more pleased.
They did an okay job repairing a chip in my window, but then it started spreading and I tried getting in touch with them and I have not been able to get a response after 6 months of trying!
I had Chipio fix a crack in my windshield and attempt to clean up my head lights, neither worked. Because it was raining the tech was using an infrared light to cure the resin on the windshield; unfortunately the batteries in the light were dead and I was told I would have to come back to complete the repair. While the tech was working on my windshield another mentioned them being able to clean up the fogging on my head lights. I agreed and the tech went to work.
