Brilliant job done on my Range Rover Sport. Quick to respond and answer all my questions and scheduled my job in the following week at my house, which was much better than leaving my car somewhere for the day and having to work out logistics etc. Very happy, great job.
Terrible company to deal with. Communication was initially good to get someone out to fix the roof lining but they weren't able to complete the job due to lack of knowledge. Arranged a second technician to try and they stopped work because some bolts had been damaged from the first attempt. From here Repair Bull avoided me when I tried to find out what was their next step. My phone calls were directed to a voicemail and they never called me back. Called Repair Bull to redo the lining on my Commodore wagon. The prompt response via email requested a few basic details. An (also prompt) quote came back that was very competitive and said they are able to do it promptly. I accepted the offer and the reply gave me times and all the details required. Umberto arrived at the agreed time, proceeded to do an excellent job, matching the lining and interior colour perfectly.
